We develop a construction schedule for each customer that will be followed for each new home. We coordinate with all of our hand-picked subcontractors and suppliers to make sure projects stay on schedule. We also coordinate with the owner or buyer frequently to meet on the job site for a review of progress and plan for future work. We try to keep communication between ourselves and the new homeowner open and accessible so that mistakes and miscommunication are eliminated.
